Planner at ShoreLink in Luleå

At ShoreLink, you have the opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable logistics solutions.

We are a key player in the four northernmost ports in Sweden, offering complete logistics services – from cargo handling and transportation to ship clearance and freight forwarding. With a focus on electrification, automation, and digitalization, we are building our future capacity and ensuring sustainability in everything we do. Every day, we contribute to advancing the industry – with the goal of becoming Sweden's most productive and sustainable port operator by 2030.

Do you want to plan, coordinate, and create efficient flows in a dynamic port operation? We are now looking for a planner for our operations in Luleå who wants a varied job where planning, coordination, and collaboration are at the center – always with the sea as your closest neighbor. Here, you will have the chance to combine responsibility, practical work, and teamwork in a dynamic environment where no day is the same.

Your role with us

As a planner at ShoreLink, you are responsible for coordinating and planning mechanical and personnel resources based on the needs of the operation, both in daily operations and in project-related tasks.

The role involves ongoing contacts both internally and externally, and you are an important link in ensuring an efficient, safe, and well-functioning flow in the operation.

Our operations are changeable, which means that the pace of work can vary – some days are intense with a high tempo, while others are more planning-oriented. Flexibility and adaptability are therefore a natural part of the role.

As a planner, you have a clear focus on:

  • Work environment and safety
  • Development of operations, routines, and working methods together with colleagues

You also continuously work on the skills development of our employees and contribute to maintaining a high and consistent standard in the operation.

Who are you?

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is:

  • Innovative, considerate, and responsible
  • Positive, proactive, and driven
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and making new connections

You have the ability to see the big picture, create structure, and prioritize correctly based on the needs of the operation. You are flexible, can maintain focus when plans change, and approach challenges in a humble manner. Communication is an important part of the role, and you enjoy contributing to good order, clarity, and progress in the work.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Education and/or experience in planning and/or logistics
  • Driving license B
  • Good knowledge of English

Meritorious

  • Experience from industrial, logistics, or port operations
  • Experience in resource planning or operational management
